You will predominately be working with me, the owner and founder, Josh. I am a New Zealander who splits his time between Spain and New Zealand. As I was originally a business focussed IT professional who now specialises in software engineering, I have the ability to work with people throughout an organisation to turn their ideas into effective IT systems. I also often use designers, wordsmiths and marketing experts when required.
No, no cost. Generally we would like to meet for about 45 minutes to understand your project. This will usually give us the ability to give you a high level quote which is usually accurate to plus or minus 15% of the final fixed price quote.
We will provide you with a detailed payments schedule so you have confidence. Generally there will be 0% upfront and then we will ask for 20% of the total quote at each stage. For larger projects and established companies we are happy to provide a payment schedule to spread the cost of the project over a longer period. We are happy to discuss this option with you.
Yes, in fact we prefer it. After the initial release we provide 1 year of unlimited bug fixes. Following this we provide a 50% discount on bug fixes. Enhancments and new development is quoted in a similar way to the original project with a fixed price. We also provide hosting and support packages.
Yes, once again we prefer to provide hosting as we can ensure everything is set up perfectly for your system. We provide both hosting and support packages. This will vary dependent on the project and system requirements.
